How to install Hijack this

Hijack this is an incredibly useful application created by merijn. It is not a 'detect and delete scanner, it is a collection of tools to assist in the identifying and removal of stubborn malware.
HijackThis is the most popular tool used on Help forums, usually after security scanners fail to deal with a malware issue. An experienced user would analyse the log on behalf of an inexperienced user to detect/identify the malware and offer guidance/instructions.
The most used of its applications produces a log file which shows running processes and entries in areas of the registry commonly used by malicious software.

WARNING - Acting on a misinterpretation of the information in the log file could result damage your system
If you are unable to completely understand the logs....seek help

HijackThis will create back ups of all files deleted, only if it installed into its own folder.
